| 摘 要： | 加强农民工培训工作不仅是建设社会主义新农村的需要,而且是职业技术院校自身发展应该担当的责任。基于此,以主要从粤西地区岗位职业教育培训现状为切入点,调查分析了农民工职业培训中存在的不足,以及农民工在不同岗位和不同工种之间对职业培训的需求差异,通过分析岗位培训职业教育的需求差异,探讨了岗位培训职业教育对劳动力素质提高的意义。
