| 摘 要： | 按照马丁.特罗的划分标准,我国的高等教育目前已经由精英教育阶段进入大众化教育阶段。这一转变不是后者对前者的替代,而是两者的相互融合。在大众化教育格局下,仍然要坚持精英教育。以应用型本科院校为研究切入点,论证对学生干部这一特殊群体进行精英化培养的必要性,并深度剖析目前学生干部精英化培养存在的问题及原因,尝试提出应用型本科院校学生干部精英化培养模式的构建策略。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the classification standard set by Martin Trow,we are now in an era of popular education,developing from elite education.This transition,however,doesn't necessarily mean that the latter replaces the former;instead,the two education modes are integrated into one.While holding population education as the main form,we should still carry out elite education.This paper,starting from the research at application-oriented institutions,expounds upon the necessity of elite training in such special group as student cadre,followed by in-depth analysis on current problems baffling this subject and relevant reasons.It also tentatively proposes to construct the training modes for student cadre elite talents in application-oriented institutions. |
