| 摘 要： | 五年制高职生职业生涯规划教育是一项长期的基础性教育系统工程,具有组织化、常态化、持续性等特点,将其本质厘清或界定是解决教育规划问题的逻辑原点。基于五年制高职大学生群体的心智现状,及早建立施助体系并适时适法提供援助,既是必需也有可能。实施职业生涯规划教育,要以就业为导向、能力为基础、适应为标准、发展为目标,重在培养学生的职业选择、职业适应、职业规划综合能力与职业价值观。

| Abstract: | The education of career planning for higher vocational college students is one of the basic educational projects focused on students’ development,and on high-quality talents cultivating.However,educators’ shortage of knowledge and lack of motivation hinder the effective and complete influence of it.Therefore,methodology is reflected by the essential solutions of the career planning education,by means of societies’ construction and community assistance programme development,building a system of career planning assistance for 5-year higher vocational college students. |
