| 摘 要： | 采用穴位电针刺激方法,观察运动员速度力量的变化状况,研究穴位电针刺激后运动员速度力量提高的即时效应和累积效应.结果发现,穴位电针刺激对运动员速度力量的提高,具有显著的即时效应,而累积效应不明显.

| Abstract: | By using acupoint electric stimulation, the changes in at hletes' speed-strength were observed. At the same time, the authors studied the instant effect and accumulated effect for improving the athletes' speed-strength after acupoint electric stimulation. They found that the acupoint electric stim ulation has significant instant effect for improving athletes' speed-strength wh ile the accumulated effect is not obvious. |
