| 摘 要： | 面向新世纪,十六届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》提出了要"坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会与人的全面发展"。其核心就是以人为本。科学发展观中以人为本的哲学思想为新时期坚持科学发展观,促进人的全面发展的实践指明了方向,揭示了人的全面发展、科学发展观的本质及其价值。

| Abstract: | Facing the new century,the bill——"the decision made by the Central Committee of the CCP about certain questions of Consummating Socialist market economic system" passed in the third plenum of the 16th communist party of China central committee,which proposed to insist people oriented,set up the comprehensive,coordinated,and sustainable scientific outlook on development,and promote a full scale development about the economic society and person.Its core is humanist.The philosophical thinking of humanist in the scientific outlook on development insists the scientific development concept for the new time,and indicate the direction for the practice about promoting person's full scale development.It has promulgated the essence and the value which manifests in person's full scale development and the scientific outlook on development. |
