| 摘 要： | 自然生态环境是最直接最基本的环境要素;人们在小城镇建设、发展农村经济中,往往忽视对自然生态环境的保护,从而给生态环境造成新的破坏;提出在小城镇建设发展过程中,要完善我国的环境保护法律体系,保护生态环境以免在小城镇建设发展中出现许多城市走过的“工业集中、人口集中、污染集中”和“先污染后治理的老路”,给小城镇建设发展带来桎梏。

| Abstract: | Natural ecology is the basic and straightest element in environment.During the building of little towns and the development of country economy,people usually neglect the natural environment protection and bring new damages to the ecological environment.This article focuses on the ecological protection in the development of little towns,to remind people to avoid suffering from old model of "many industries,dense population,more pollution" and "pollution first and ministration second". |
