论科学实验研究与理工科研究生科学人文精神培养

摘    要:研究生是引领未来科学技术发展并服务于社会的高端人才。一个合格的理工科研究生应该既有丰富的专业知识又具有良好的科学精神和人文精神。培育理工科研究生的科学精神和人文精神,除了要形成良好的社会环境以及健全的培养机制外,还应该发挥导师的主导作用和研究生的主体作用,充分利用理工科研究生科学实验研究的培养环节,以实验室为平台,以课题研究为载体,将科学精神和人文精神的培养贯穿整个科学研究过程,为国家造就更优秀的创新人才。

Abstract:Graduate students are top talents who lead the future scientific and technological development and provide service for the society.A qualified science and engineering graduate should have both a wealth of expertise and scientific spirit and humanistic spirit.In addition to the formation of a good social environment and a sound cultivating mechanism,we should also make full use of the cultivating links of experimental research to improve the cultivation of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit of science and engineering graduates.By using laboratory as a platform and the experimental research as a carrier,the instructors should play the leading role and the graduates the dominant role in cultivating scientific spirit and humanistic spirit through the whole process of scientific research to cultivate more excellent innovative talents.
