电力电子与运动控制实验平台安全性建设

摘    要:针对近年来在学生中普遍存在的书本知识与实践能力脱节、动手能力差、惧怕硬件和强电的现象,建设了基于创新性、综合性、安全性考虑的电力电子与运动控制实验平台。该实验平台有功能较强的微机控制电路以及各种保护装置,提高了系统运行的稳定性与可靠性,增强了实验平台和人员的安全性,为实验室开放创造了必要的条件,调动了学生参与实验研究的积极性,取得了良好的实验教学效果。从电气、旋转机械和操作规范等方面对实验平台的安全性建设进行了具体的探讨。

Abstract:It is found during our lectures in recent years that knowledge taught in classes is not well connected with experiments,and some students are not qualified with experimental capacity and especially fear of the treatment of hardware and strong electricity.Therefore by integrating safety with creativity and comprehensiveness,a new type of power electronics and electric driving experiment platform is constructed.By adding the micro-computer-controlled circuit and various kinds of protection devices,the safety of the experimental platform is improved.The new platform can play better role in encouraging students to try something new and the teaching effect of the course is then enhanced and this kind of platform is more suitable to open research.
