| 摘 要： | 在大学的矩阵式管理结构中,其行政权力由于越位和泛滥而异化,学术权力由于缺乏自主而异化;异化的行政权力和学术权力在＂正当性＂和＂有效性＂上的不同取向,表现出来的＂合法性＂基础需要弥合;大学的＂去行政化＂的关键在于行政权力与学术权力的制衡,而制衡的目的则是大学学术追求与承担社会责任之间的平衡。

| Abstract: | In the MATRIX management structure of university,the administrative authority becomes alienated for offside and overflow,and the academic authority becomes alienated for lack of independence.The ＂legitimacy＂infrastructure,manifested by the different direction on the ＂validity＂ and ＂availability＂ of the alienated administrative authority and academic authority,need bridging.The key of non-administration of university lies on counterbalance between the administrative authority and the academic authority,while the purpose of counterbalance takes the balance between the academic pursuits and social responsibilities of university. |
