摘    要:介绍了基于模糊PID的远程温控系统,硬件部分由一台工控机和温控仪组成,在此基础上设计了控制算法和软件结构。最后,将此系统应用于高温高压水流体-固体相互作用实验装置,取得了令人满意的控制效果。

Abstract:A remote control system based on the fuzzy PID is introduced.The hardware system is composed by an industrial computer and temperature control instrument.Based on this hardware system the algorithm of the fuzzy PID is improved and software is designed.Finally,the system is already applied to the high temperature and high pressure fluid-solid action furnace and a satisfactory control effect has been obtained.
