摘    要:对国家标准(GB/T5009.93—2003)食品中硒(Se)的测定方法进行改进,并用于人尿中Se水平的测定。以国标法为基础,分析硼氢化钾浓度、酸度、干扰离子对原子荧光法测定人尿中Se的影响。在盐酸溶液体积分数为20%、硼氢化钾物质的量浓度为0.37 mol/L,且不再使用掩蔽剂铁氰化钾的优化条件下测定人尿中Se,回收率为98.6%~100%,精密度为0.2%~0.9%。掩蔽剂铁氰化钾对测定结果基本没有影响;新改进的方法使用试剂少、简便、准确、重现性好,适用于人尿中Se的测定。

Abstract:An improved method of detecting urine selenium by using Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry(AFS) is proposed.Based on the GB/T5009.93—2003,the various influence factors of determining selenium in urine including the concentration of KBH4,the concentration of hydrochloric acid and the influence of coexisting ions are studied.The proposed method is successfully applied to the determination of urine selenium with the consistency of 20% hydrochloric acid and 0.37mol/L KBH4,without the masking agent of potassium ferricyanide.The recovery efficiency is in the range of 98.6%~100% and the precision is between 0.2% and 0.9%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate with satisfactory results.
