| 摘 要： | 本文概述了数字参考咨询的类型，并对中外数字参考咨询服务的现状及服务功能进行了阐述，还对中外数字参考咨询系统的功能进行了比较研究。最后提出了发展完善我国数字参考咨询系统功能的建议。
