| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清IL-6和NT-proBNP在慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床诊断价值.方法 选择80例慢性心力衰竭患者为CHF组,60例健康人群作为对照组.采用双抗体夹心免疫法检测两组人群的血清IL-6和NT-proBNP浓度,并对检测结果进行统计学分析.结果 CHF组患者的血清IL-6和NT-proBNP浓度均明显高于对照组,且随心衰严重程度的加重而增高,两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.冠心病组IL-6浓度明显高于其他原发病因组,组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,CHF患者不同原发病因组NT-proBNP浓度差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 IL-6和NT-proBNP参数均与CHF的发生及严重程度密切相关,联合检测可用于对CHF的早期诊断.

| Abstract: | Ohjective To investigate clinical diagnostic value of plasma IL-6 and NT-proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 80 cases for chronic heart failure and 60 healthy persons were divided into CHF group and t.ontrol group. The plasma IL-6 and NT-proBNP concentrations were detected by double antibody sandwich immunoassay and the detecting data were analyzed. Results The level of 1L-6 and NT-proBNI＇ of CHF group were higher than the control group, which tended to increase with the severity of heart failure aggravation. Both factors of two groups were statistical different significantly （P〈0.01）. IL-6 level of ICM group was higher than the other primary disease groups, and the difference was statistical significantly （P〈0.01）. NT-proBNP level of different primary disease groups was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion IL-6 and NT-proBNP were so closely association with CHF that combined detection of IL-6 and NT-proBNP can helt） diagnose CHF earlier. |
