| 摘 要： | 客观全面的政府绩效评估是建立在跨学科知识体系之上的.文章介绍了政府绩效评估的灰色关联模型,用该模型对2010年甘肃省12个地级市政府城市基本设施建设绩效进行了分析,并根据模型计算结果评价了各市的城市基本设施建设绩效.

| Abstract: | Objective and comprehensive evaluation of the government’s performance should be based on interdisciplinary knowledge.This paper introduces the grey correlation model which is used to evaluate the government’s performance,and analyzes the 12 prefecture-level government’s performance in city infrastructure construction of Gansu province in 2010 with the model.At last,this paper evaluates the 12 prefecture-level government’s performance in city infrastructure construction according to the results of the model. |
