| 摘 要： | 通过调查等方法对体育专业大学生的应对方式进行研究,旨在了解体育专业大学生应对方式的特点,为有关教师向大学生提供针对性的帮助提供依据。结果显示：体育专业大学生普遍采用退避的方式来处理应激事件。对体育专业大学生应对方式与社会支持、内外控等因素的相关关系研究表明：体育专业的大学生具有广泛的社会支持与较强的内控能力。同时,被判定为外控性或者有势力的他人左右的应激事件时,他们通常会寄希望于机遇,采用退避的方式来缓解应激强度。

| Abstract: | In order to find out the characteristics of sports majors' coping manner and offer basis for the college teachers' help to students,the sports majors' coping manner was researched by using method of investigation.The results showed that sports majors were inclined to adopt retreated ways to cope with the irritable conditions.The relationship between the sports majors' coping manner and the social support,the internal and external control ability was investigated.The results showed that sports majors had widely social support and strongly internal control ling ability.Meanwhile,when coping with the irritable conditions which were determined by external control,they would reckon on opportunity and adopt retreated way to relieve the stress. |
