汽轮机叶片五轴加工编程与仿真研究

摘    要:针对汽轮机叶片进行五轴加工编程所涉及的零件建模、刀具路径规划、加工仿真等问题,提出了在NX环境下解决叶片五轴加工问题所必须涉及的曲面光顺性的调整、清根路径规划、五轴后处理和机床仿真等的关键技术。

Abstract:In this paper, the modeling of turbine blade parts, 5-axis tool-path definition, tooling simulation using NX software were discussed, and. the critical technology about smooth Surface modeling, root cleaning planning, 5-axis post-processing and tooling simulation were also put forward.
