摘    要:以ARM7内核芯片LPC2114为核心设计了一种三轴数控机床几何误差补偿系统.在给出三轴数控机床具体几何误差建模过程的基础上,根据该误差模型利用系统软件来修正数控指令,达到实现几何误差补偿的目的.系统安装调试方便,易于操作和培训,可以适应不同的工业环境。

Abstract:A geometric error compensation control system for three-axis CNC machine tools is designed with ARM7 kernel chip LPC2114. Geometric error model of three-axis CNC machine tools is found specifically, and according to the error model numerical control instructions are fixed with system software, in order to reach the purpose of geometric error compensation. This system has some good characteristics such as convenient installation, easy operation and training and adaptation to different industry environments.
