| 摘 要： | 政府管理学校在不同政治经济体制下具有不同的管理模式：在计划经济体制下体现的是政府控制模式,在市场经济体制下体现的是政府监督模式.这两种管理模式在不同的经济体制下具有不同的特征和作用.从计划经济走向市场经济,从控制模式走向监督模式,是经济和教育发展的必然趋势,我们要积极努力走政府监督管理模式之路.

| Abstract: | In different political and economic systems, there are different management modes of the government to manage the schools. The mode of control by government is embodied under the planned economy system, while the mode of supervision by government is shown under the market economy system. The two kinds of management modes have different characters and functions under different economic systems. It is an inevitable trend for the economy and education development that it steps from planned economy towards market economy, and form the mode of control towards the mode of supervision, so we go along with way of government supervision and management pattern positively and firmly. |
