摘    要:针对我国新能源技术推广缓慢、未形成规模应用的局面,立足能源革命、能源消费总量控制的政策背景,筛选出能源技术转型的影响因素,构建能源技术评价指标体系;通过技术自身和外部环境两个方面分析实现能源技术转型面临的困境,指出能源技术创新不足、清洁能源基础设施建设滞缓、初投资过高、社会认知度不足等都是阻碍新能源技术转型的原因;最后针对以上所描述的困境,给出相应的转型路径和政策建议。

Abstract:In view of the slow spread of new energy technology and the lack of scale application in China, based on the policy background of energy revolution and total energy consumption control, this paper selects the influencing factors of energy technology transformation and constructs the evaluation index system of energy technology, points out reasons that hindering the transformation of new energy technologies through two aspects of the technology itself and the external environment, which including insufficient innovation in energy technology, slow construction of clean energy infrastructure, high initial investment, and insufficient social awareness, etc. Finally, according to the difficulties described above, the paper gives corresponding transition path and policy recommendations.
