| 摘 要： | 在我国的各种收入差距中,城乡收入差距是最为突出、涉及面最广的,城乡收入差距过大是我国在收入分配上面临的主要矛盾。虽然工业化初期出现城乡居民收入差距扩大有一定的普遍性,但从根本上说,我国城乡居民收入差距的扩大是一系列社会制度安排的结果,尤其受制于社会等级制度和国家经济发展战略。社会等级制度使广大农民陷入结构性的机会不公平状态,向工业、向城市倾斜的经济发展战略导致了资源在城乡之间的不均衡分布。平抑城乡收入差距的根本出路是实行制度创新和经济发展战略的调整。

| Abstract: | The resident's income distinction between town and country is the most distinct and broadest in the all kinds of income distinctions.Too distinct income distinction is the main contradiction in the income distribution.The author points out that though the increase of distinction is a prevalent phenomenon in industrialization initial stage,in fact,it is affected by a series of social system,especially social grade system as well as national economy development stratagem.Social grade system made peasant face unfair chance.Economy development stratagem,inclining to industry and town,led to resource disproportion distribution between town and country.The key way to control income distinction is institution innovation and adjustment of economy development stratagem. |
