| Abstract: | The specialization of sports coaches' continuous education aims at the enhancement of sports coaches' comprehensive quality and professional ability by way of high-standard training.It is the practical choice of continuous education and needs of continuous development of competitive sports coaches.It is also the inevitable requirement of scientific sports training.The following aspects are main measures to advance and promote the specialization of the continuous education of sports coaches: to remodel educational concept of specialization,to establish continuous educational system,to perfect management mechanism,to improve educational contents and establish fund-security mechanism,etc.. |
