| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等方法，从武术套路结构的角度分析了套路结构的内涵和当下普通高校教学武术套路教学存在的问题，在此基础上研究高校武术套路教学内容改革。研究结论认为：武术套路结构的本质是指攻防运动过程在演练场地上的轨迹化；普通高校武术套路课教学弊端主要集中在忽视拳脚、架势练习的质量，片面强调布局的空间层次性；改革方向为：“优化难度、注重练法，突出技击、强调单式”——走培养健身武术与终生体育意识相结合的道路。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature,logic analysis, investigation and so on, from the routine structure, the paper studies the content of routine structure and the problems existing in university Wushu Routine teaching so as to research the reform of university Wushu Routine lesson content. The result shows that the essence of Wushu Routine structure is the track of the offending and defending at practice on the place; the problems in university Wushu Routine lessons include that neglecting the quantity of boxing and feet, pose practice, unilaterally emphasizing the space layer of the layout; the aim of teaching reform is to downplay the difficulty and pay attention to practice the method, outstanding boxing, emphasize the single type. |
