| 摘 要： | "双一流"建设是中国在新形势下为提升高等教育质量、建设高等教育强国而做出的战略选择。自2017年9月国家发布"双一流"建设高校名单后,北京大学、清华大学等42所高校陆续公布一流大学建设方案,"双一流"建设已经进入全面落实阶段。通过对这些一流大学建设方案的文本分析,发现一流大学建设存在若干偏差的迹象,主要体现为逻辑起点偏离、建设理念功利化、建设路径趋同以及国际视野不够。回归常识,夯实大学发展学术之基;回归初心,落实大学发展立德树人之魂;回归本分,厘清大学发展特色之路;回归梦想,明晰大学发展国际化之度是修复偏差从而确保中国一流大学建设目标顺利达成的可行路径。

| Abstract: | The " Double First-Class Initiative" is a strategic choice made by China in the new situation to improve the quality of higher education and build a powerful country of higher education.Since the list of " Double-First-Class" universities was released in September 2017,42 universities including Peking University and Tsinghua University have successively announced the construction of first-class universities.The construction of Double First-Class has entered the stage of full implementation.Through the text analysis of these firstclass university construction programs,it is found that there are some deviations in the construction of firstclass universities,which are mainly reflected in the deviation of logical starting point,utilitarian construction concept,convergence of construction paths and insufficient international vision.So this paper proposes that returning to common sense to consolidate the foundation of university development;returning to the initial heart to implement the university’s soul of moral cultivation and human development;returning to the original point to clarify the characteristic development of the university;and returning to the dream to make clear the degree of internationalization of the university are the feasible paths to restore the deviations and ensure the successful achievement of China’s first-class university construction goals. |
