摘    要:近年来我国高度重视高校思政课教师队伍建设和教师发展,但对思政课教师个人发展的重视程度还有待进一步提高。思政课教师个人发展的核心是职称晋升。调查表明,目前高校思政课教师中的教授比例极低,而讲师比例很高,思政课教师职称晋升非常困难。原因在于高校的绩效管理取向与思政课教师职业特殊性的矛盾、高校职称评审中的科研偏好与思政课教师以教学为主的矛盾、高校科研评价导向与思政课教师科研能力整体偏弱的矛盾。

Abstract:In recent years, our country attaches great importance to the development of ideological and political teachers, mainly in teaching development, partly in academic development, but personal development has not been paid attention to, which restricts the enthusiasm of ideological and political teachers' teaching development and academic development. The core issue in ideological and political teachers' personal development is the promotion of professional title. The survey on the promotion of professional title of ideological and political teachers shows that the proportion of professors among ideological and political teachers is much lower than that in economics, while the proportion of lecturers is significantly higher than that in the latter, so the promotion of professional title of ideological and political teachers is difficult. The reason mainly lies in the three contradictions:first, the contradiction between the performance orientation in university management and the professional characteristics of ideological and political teachers;second, the contradiction between favoring scientific research in the evaluation of professional title and the teaching-oriented job of ideological and political teachers;third, the contradiction between the inclination of scientific research evaluation to high-level achievements and the overall weakness of the scientific research ability of ideological and political teachers.
