| 摘 要： | “双一流”建设是国家面向世纪中叶实施的高等教育发展战略,是建设世界高等教育强国的重要任务。一流大学的建成需要有一流的功能体系以及一流的支持和服务体系。推动“双一流”建设的突破口在大学战略管理,要进行战略研究,制定符合自身发展要求的战略,用战略引领一流大学和一流学科建设。

| Abstract: | The construction of "double first-class" universities is a national strategy for the development of higher education in the mid-century,and an important task for building a powerful country of higher education in the world.The construction of a first-class university needs a first-class functional system as well as a first-class support and service system.The breakthrough in promoting the construction of "double first-class" universities lies in the strategic management.Strategies should be used to guide the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines,thus,strategic research should be carried out in related universities to formulate strategies that meet the requirements of their own development. |
