普通高校武术教学中激励系统的构建

摘    要:普通高校武术教学过程中,教师合理运用激励手段,能够最大限度的诱导学生的内驱力,调动学生学习积极性,从而把教师的教育教学要求内化为学生的自觉学习行为,优化武术课教学,提高教学质量。结合普通高校武术教学实践的特点,指出激励理论在普通高校武术教学过程中的重要性;分析激励理论在普通高校武术课教学过程中的应用;提出普通高校武术教学合理有效激励体系的构建,为武术课有效教学提供理论指导,提高普通高校武术课教学效果。

Abstract:Abstract : In the teaching of college Wushu, the reasonable use ot incentives tar teachers can maximize the reducing students drive, mobilize their learning enthusiasm, thus the teachers' education and teaching requirements changes into students' conscious learning behavior, optimizes Wushu teaching, and improves teaching quality. Combining with practical characteristics of college Wushu teaching, this paper points out the construction of effective excitation system in Wushu teaching, and provide theoretical guideline for effective teaching of Wushu. The main purpose is to improve the teaching effect.
