| Abstract: | Considering the disadvantages of cultivating mode about current postgraduate students,practice mechanism of tutor group system is explored which contains right and duty division mechanism of tutor group,communication between students and tutors,structure of tutor group in authors’ department.Combining our department’s situation,the detailed tutors group structure and preliminary achievement are expounded briefly. |
