| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的快速发展，互联网为大学生思想政治教育提供了一个良好的互动平台。基于演进模型的动态发展，将教育者、教育方式、教育内容以及网络教育环境等主要因素对大学生网络思想政治教育实效性的影响类比于生态系统的规律性发展，有利于研究各因素之间适应与发展、平衡与失衡、共生与竞争的演进机制，并依据演进模型分析实现网络思想政治教育生态系统和谐状态的策略。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of information technology, Internet provides a good interactive platform for college ideological and political education. In an evolution model, all the factors contribu- ting to the effectiveness of college ideological and political education, such as educators, education modes, educational content, and Online education environment, are compared to the elements of an e- cosystem.
