| Abstract: | The problems of the weakness of the present Copyright Law and the certain rules in protecting the copyrights of sci-tech periodicals,the dim ideas of the public to this situation and the copyrights infringement in China are discussed in the paper. The authors put forward the proposals and countermeasures of enhancing the protection of copyrights. |
