| 摘 要： | 实现我国西部大开发是党中央的一项重要战略决策，其战略目标不仅要加快西部地区的经济建设的步伐，而且要通过此项举措，进一步深化我国改革开放，加快我国社会主义现代化建设步伐。阐述了信息资源开发是西部大开发的重要组成部分，是西部大开发成功与否的重要因素。在分析了西部地区信息资源建设和开发现状的基础上，提出了对西部地区信息资源开发的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Our grand western development (GWD) is an important strategic decision, whose objective is notonly to accelerate the tempo of economic construction of the western parts, but also to further expand ourreform open to the outside world so as to promote the socialist construction of the four modernzations in ourcountry. The author points out that informaiton resources development is important part in the grand westerndevelopment and it is the vital factor in the successful grand western development. After analysing theinformaiton resources concerning the countermeasure for the information resources development of thewestern parts. |
