| 摘 要： | 随着医疗保险覆盖面的扩大,参保人员流动性的增加,提高医疗保险统筹层次,建立个人账户转移,缴费年限接续制度,加快医疗保险信息系统的建设,统一经办机构,形成网状的医疗保险管理服务系统,设计一张各地区通用的"全国粮票",从根本上解决医疗保险关系转移接续问题。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of medical insurance coverage,the increased mobility of insured,we should improve the arrangements of medical insurance,and establish a personal account transfer system and payment years continued system to speed up the construction of medical insurance information system.In addition, we also should unified agencies to form a network service system of medical insurance management, and make it valid all over the country in order to solve fundamentally the transfer and continued problem of medical insurance. |
