| 摘 要： | 高职校企合作具有生命周期特征,将关系生命周期理论纳入校企合作研究中,是理论上的一种创新和尝试。这一研究认为高职校企合作关系生命周期各阶段的划分应在合作关系建立后,划分为成长期、成熟期、衰退期和蜕变期四个阶段,并针对松散型、伙伴型和联盟型三种层次的校企合作关系,分析其关系生命周期各阶段特点。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation has the characteristics of life cycle, introducing the relationship life cycle theory into the college-enterprise cooperation study is a kind of theoretical innovation and attempt. This research holds that the different stages division of higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation life cycle should be divided into the growth period, mature period, decline phase and transformation phase four stages after the cooperation relationship establishment,and it analyzes the features of each stage aiming at loose type, partner, and union three levels of college-enterprise cooperation relationship. |
