| 摘 要： | 以整风精神认真开展"批评与自我批评"是开展党的群众路线教育教育活动重要要求。"批评与自我批评"是从严治党保持党的纯洁性和先进性重要政治教育模式,而不是一般的管理学概念。这一政治教育模式是特定情况下形成的,是以惩前毖后、治病救人方针为基础、以群众监督为前提、以思想斗争为根本的。"批评与自我批评"的政治教育模式与一般管理模式也是相通的,都要处理好自律与他律的关系,充分发挥主体的作用,遵循心理发展规律。当然,"批评与自我批评"模式的应用不能机械化,要根据活动目的和自我批评的效果科学进行。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out criticism and self-criticism spirit making is to carry out the party′s mass line education activities important requirement. Criticism and self-criticism is an important political govern-ing party to keep the party′s purity and advanced education mode, rather than a general concept of man-agement. The formation of the political education mode is a particular case, based on curing, saving policy, on the premise of the populace to supervise, ideological struggle as fundamental. Criticism and self-criticism of political education mode and general management mode is interlinked, all want to deal with the rela-tionship between self-discipline and heteronomy, give full play to the role of the main body, to follow the law of psychological development. Criticism and self-criticism, of course, model application cannot mecha-nization, according to the purpose and the self-criticism, the effect of science. |
