| 摘 要： | Vericut是世界最强的数控模拟仿真软件之一。该系统的三大主要功能,为数控技术的发展提供了一个建立机床模型、仿真检验、优化工艺与加工轨迹的平台,广泛应用于企业生产的数控编程与检验、学校相关专业的教学过程。Vericut软件可以全过程地演示模拟工件的加工,通过学生对数控知识的理解和掌握,能调动学生的学习热情,对有效、合理地利用教学资源起到事半功倍的效果。

| Abstract: | Vericut is one of the most powerful NC simulation software in the world. The three main functions of this system provide a platform which can build a machine model, test the simulation and optimize the process and processing path.It has a wide range of application in NC programming and testing, also the teaching processes in related specialties. Vericut software can demonstrate the whole process of simulation, through the students＇ understanding and grasp of numerical control knowledge; it can mobilize students＇ learning enthusiasm, and utilize the teaching resources effectively and reasonably. |
