| Abstract: | Teaching secretaries play special important role in the newly established undergraduate universities. However, with its extraordinary development, team construction of teaching secretaries is obviously lagging behind. It is necessary to strengthen the team construction of teaching secretaries in newly established undergraduate universities, which needs joint efforts from the government, the universities and the self of teaching secretaries. |
