| 摘 要： | 建国50年以来,我国体育师资队伍建设经历了曲折的发展过程,也取得了巨大的成绩。到目前,体育师资队伍在整体素质上有了较大的提高。但从体育教师的培养来看,还存在着培养体制陈旧,注重数量,忽视质量;注重知识传授,忽视能力培养;注重术科教学,忽视学科教学;注重“专才教育”,忽视“通才教育”,等问题。通过对50年来我国体育师资队伍建设与发展的分析,对未来体育教师培养模式提出新的设想。

The reflection and the perspective of the training of the teaching staff for PE in new China in the past 50 years |

| Abstract: | Great achievement has been obtained in the construction of the teaching staff for PE (Physical Education) in the past 50 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,though is has experienced a tortuous process of the development. To date, which does harm to the increase of the quality of the whole teaching staff for PE in our country. However, from the point of view of the training of teaching staff, there still exist some problems such as more attention to the number of the teaching staff while less to the quality, more attention to knowledge instruction while less to capacity training, more attention to skill instruction while less to theoretical explanations, more attention to the education of "specialists" while less to that of "all-round persons" Therefore,this article makes a reflection on the construction and development of the teaching staff for PE in our country in the past 50 years, on the basis of which a new conception is raised on the future pattern of the training of the teaching staff for PE. |
