| 摘 要： | 新型工业化是西部地区经济跨越式发展的必经途径，而西部地区传统工业所占比重较大,必须在新型工业化进程中实现再工业化和对传统工业的改造。本文在分析西部地区在工业化的必要性和重要性的基础上，分析了西部地区工业发展与工业结构的现状特征，提出西部工业再工业化模式与工业结构升级的实现途径。
