| 摘 要： | 选聘优秀大学生到农村任职,是巩固农村基层政权的历史选择,是培养造就党政后备干部队伍的重要途径,是加快社会主义新农村建设和实现乡村善治的现实需要。但是,从当前＂大学生村官＂任职的情况来看,＂大学生村官＂在服务新农村建设的同时,自身也面临诸多的困境,制约了＂大学生村官＂作用的发挥,本文从社会主义新农村建设的战略视野深入剖析了＂大学生村官＂存在的问题并提出了破解的思路。
