电机换向智能抽油机支架的有限元分析

摘    要:应用有限单元法对电机换向抽油机支架进行了静态分析,计算了其静强度和刚度。结果表明:设计的支架结构及选材能够满足强度和刚度要求,但安全余量大。利用优化设计模块对支架进行了优化设计,结果改用14号等边角钢代替原主弦杆用钢。并经有限元再分析,证明:优化后的支架仍能满足工况要求,且减轻了重量,降低了制造成本。

Abstract:Applying the limited unit law the article carries out the static analysis to the electrical machinery commutation pumping unit support,calculated its static intensity and rigidity.The result indicates: The design support structure and the selection can satisfy the intensity and the rigidity requirement,but security remainder is big.Carried on the optimized design using the optimized design module to the support,finally changed to 14 Equal-angle iron to replace the used steel.And analyzes again after the finite element,proving: the after optimized support still could satisfy the operating mode requirement,also reduced the weight,the production cost.
