| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，问卷调查法，专家访谈法等，以辽宁警官高等专科学校学员为研究对象，对格斗教学训练中最易损伤部位及其防治的状况进行了研究，研究发现了最易损伤部位产生的原因与预防措施。并提出了科学合理的防止最易损伤的方法和建议，希望引起对最易损伤部位及其防治的重视，以减少它的发病率。

| Abstract: | The article aims at researching the easiest injury and prevention in the fight- training classes and finds out its causes and preventive measures by consulting information,visiting experts,taking questionnaire and investigation and also puts forward the scientific and reasonable suggestions and meures to prevent the easiest iniurv in order to pay close attention to it so that such diseases will be detracted. |
