第11届全运会女子武术器械项目难度动作分析

摘    要:对第11届全运会武术套路比赛预赛中刀棍、枪剑女子自选全能项目的比赛进行统计分析,结果表明:刀棍、枪剑项目难度动作失误率分别是6%、7%;女子器械类难度动作失误有差别,棍术的失误比刀术多、剑术失误大于枪术;高旋转的难度动作完成具有不稳定性。研究表明:前后动作的顺势衔接与利用惯性是动+动+静难度动作顺利完成的重要保证;下肢难度动作的支撑要以复合杠杆的工作形式完成;完成器械技术动作主要是靠器械动作方向和面的准确性。

Analysis of the Features on the Women Apparatus Event Difficulty in the 11th National Martial Arts Preliminaries

Abstract:This paper conducted a statistical analysis of the women performance in the event of apparatus in the 11th National Martial Arts preliminaries. The results showed that the action error rate of broadsword, cudgel, spear and sword items was 6% or 7%. The errors of Women apparatus difficulty item are different: the event cudgel is more than the broadsword, the event sword is more than the spear, and the speeding rotation movements are instable. The paper pointed out that the connection of two movements by use of inertia can portend the success of Dynamic + Dynamic + Static difficulty movement; the lower limbs difficulty movement's support shall be based on the complex leverage;the achievement of apparatus events relies greatly on its correct direction and veracity.
