| 摘 要： | 将劳动法的调整对象解释为劳动关系,过于笼统。通过对劳动法调整对象的各种观点进行分析,提出构建劳动法的调整对象要抓住三个环节,即劳动关系的主体、劳动关系主体的行为、劳动关系主体间的利益关系。只有将这三方面有机结合,才能全面、充分地认识劳动法的调整对象。

| Abstract: | It is too general to interpret the adjustment object of labor law as labor relations.This thesis proposes that we must seize three sections which are subjects of labor relations,act of subjects of labor relations and the interests between subjects of labor relations,to build the adjustment object of labor law on the basis of analysing various points of view on the adjustment object of labor law.Only through the combination of these three parts can we comprehensively and fully understand the adjust-ment object of labor law. |
