| Abstract: | The university has the important function in innovative nation. Trains large quantities of best pick of the crop inno vation talented person, provides the basic research and the engineering research original achievement. Improve the independent creative ability for the enterprise, the establishment industry-academy-research the strategic alliance, provides the technical support for the enterprise. The culture innovation of the university, build up the soft strengths of the nation, guiding the social headway. |
