运动员心理教育中的知识结构

摘    要:采用问卷调查法研究了255名优秀运动队的管理者、教练员和运动员对运动员心理教育中知识结构的看法和选择,旨在为培养运动员成为心理强者、有效进行心理教育提供参考依据,为运动员思想、文化教育提供参考依据。研究结果显示,运动员心理教育的知识结构包括学科类别、专业理论知识、道德修养和文化修养;管理者、教练员和运动员都很重视道德修养;在心理教育的知识结构选择中,管理者、教练员倾向于知识的全面性、系统性和理论性,运动员的选择倾向于知识的针对性、操作性和趣味性。

Abstract:This paper performs a research on the opinion of 255 superintendents coaches and athletes from many excellent sports team by questionnaire.It aims to provide the consulting basis for training athletes to be powerful in psychology and making the mental education effective.The result shows that the knowledge structure of the athlete's mental education includes: the subject classification,theoretical knowledge of profession and the accomplishment of morals and culture.When choosing the knowledge structure of mental education,superintendents and coaches may pay great attention to moral accomplishment.They prefer the comprehension,system and theory of the knowledge,while the athletes incline to the direction,operation and interest of knowledge.
