| 摘 要： | 学生助理是大学图书馆管理人员的一个重要的辅助成分，充分发挥学生助理的作用对于提升图书馆地位，优化图书馆工作具有重要的意义。文章阐述了高校图书馆引进学生助理的作用和意义以及存在的一些问题，提出了图书馆加强对学生助理的科学管理、建立行之有效的的管理机制的建议。
