| 摘 要： | 休闲会成为社会经济发展的一个新的生长点,人们的生活方式会因此而发生很大的变化.从健康的生活方式构成要素入手,从社会学的角度分析休闲体育与健康的生活方式,并介绍了北美人的生活方式与休闲体育的发展情况,为我国更好地开展休闲体育提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | Leisure has become a new rising point of economic development. So, life style will be accordingly changed. The research analyzes the leisure sport and healthy life style from the point of sociology by the way of the factors which construct the healthy life style. What's more, it introduces the life style of people and the development of leisure sports in northern America in order to give examples for the development of leisure sports in China. |
