无刷直流电机的双模调速控制器设计

摘    要:针对无刷直流电机调速系统这一非线性控制系统,提出采用模糊控制理论与常规PID调节器相结合而构建的模糊—PID双模复合智能控制方法,着重介绍双模复合控制器的设计原理和方法,并将该控制器应用于无刷直流电机调速系统的速度控制中。理论分析与仿真实验结果表明,该控制方法较常规PID控制及单纯的模糊控制器具有更好的控制性能,极大地提高了无刷直流电机调速系统的响应速度、动静态性能,增强系统的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。

Abstract:Aiming at BLDCM speed regulation system, a non-linear control system, this paper raises a fuzzy-PID double-motel compound intelligent control method composed of fuzzy control theory and conventional PID regulator. Design principle and method of double-motel compound controller are introduced emphatically, and the controller was applied in BLDCM speed regulation system. Theory analysis and simulation experiment results show that this control method is superior in control performance to the usual PID controller, having greatly raised response speed, dynamic and static performance of BLDCM speed regulation system, thus the robustness and anti-interference capability of the system are strengthened.
