| 摘 要： | 安全生产是煤炭企业中的头等大事，而安全技术培训是实现安全生产的重要保证。目前，安全技术培训中存在许多问题。本文针对培训中的问题提出了改进措施和方法。不仅要改革教学的形式和内容，而且也要加强学员的安全生产意识．真正将安全生产的思想贯穿于日常生产中。
