| Abstract: | The education legislation is an important link in the education legal system.In order to do it bctter,we must have a comprehensive and dear headed relognition about china's education legislation.Also to catch peopleis attentions and help them undersland it,we have conducted a concise investigation into the course of dwelopment and the present situation.on china's education legislation in this article.Based on it.we analyse the achievement and the main problem in the present education legislation,at the same time,we raise the focal point of the work in the futare education legislation. |
