| 摘 要： | 通过对辽宁装备制造职业技术学院商务英语专业顶岗实习典型企业的问卷调查,明确了实习企业对商务英语专业学生岗位能力的要求,分析了学生职业能力和岗位需求之间的偏差,确定了适合该专业顶岗实习的岗位,指出了推行＂2＋1＂顶岗实习人才培养模式的必要性。
